Nube

Yes. We use fabrics designed for babies, soft to the touch and gentle on the skin, avoiding rough or stiff materials. The garments are designed to minimize chafing and discomfort, even on sensitive skin. The priority is the baby's comfort and peace of mind, not just that the dress looks pretty.

Each product includes a simple size guide to help you choose correctly. If your baby is between sizes, we recommend choosing the slightly larger size for greater comfort and freedom of movement. The garments are not tight or rigid, allowing for a more flexible fit. If you have any questions, you can write to us before buying and we'll help you choose with confidence.

The order is processed with care to ensure the garment arrives in perfect condition. Delivery times and shipping options are clearly displayed during the checkout process. We package each garment carefully to ensure it arrives clean, well-presented, and ready to wear. Our goal is for you to receive your order stress-free and within the expected timeframe.

At the moment, we only ship within Panama. This allows us to ensure more reliable delivery times, better shipment control, and that every order arrives in perfect condition. Our current focus is on providing the best possible service to our local customers. We will evaluate the option of international shipping in the future. When that happens, we will clearly announce it in our store.

Our process is simple and guided, so you have clarity at all times: 1. Sending the form or contacting us via WhatsApp You can start your order by filling out the form in the store or by contacting us directly via WhatsApp. Both methods lead to the same process. 2. Confirmation of details Once we receive your message, we will contact you to confirm the order details: model, size, available colors, delivery times, and any questions you may have before proceeding. 3. Order confirmation Once everything is clear and confirmed, we will guide you through the steps to finalize your order and ensure availability. 4. Preparation and shipping We prepare your order carefully and ship it according to the agreed method. We'll keep you updated until you receive it. Our goal is to make the process clear, user-friendly, and uncomplicated, so you can shop with complete peace of mind.
